شگل استیل Stainless steel shackle که از آن هم در اتصالات سیم بکسل استیل و هم در اتصالات زنجیر استیل استفاده می شود یکی از انواع دیگر متعلقات استیل می باشد که در سایز های مختلف ، با استاندارد و شکل های مختلف و با گرید های مختلفی تولید و عرضه می شود. شگل استیل هم به شکل پینی و هم به شکل پیچ و مهره ای تولید می شود و دارای تنسایل مقاومت کششی 1570 نیوتن بر میلیمتر مربع می باشد که این میزان از مقاومت کششی برای کاربری لیفتینگ نیز می تواند قابل استفاده باشد. شگل استنلس استیل اغلب از نظر ظاهری در دو شکل شگل ساده که به آن شگل U یو یا شکل D نیز گفته می شود و همچنین شگل استیل تیپ اروپایی که به شکل استیل نعلی شکل نیز شهرت دارد تولید می شود. بارزگانی تکین بکسل وارد کننده انواع شگل استیل و ساختار های جانبی و شکل های ترکیبی شگل استیل در ایران با گرید ها و تیپ های مختلف می باشد.
شگل استیل نه تنها در تیپ ها و شکل های ترکیبی مختلفی تولید می شود بلکه دارای گرید های مختلف با ترکیبات شیمیایی متفاوت می باشد. در هر دو گرید کاربردی شگل استیل از دو عنصر فلزی پاییه با قابلیت الکترون دهی بالا یعنی حدود 18% کروم و حدود 8% نیکل استفاده شده است که خاصیت اصلی ضد اکسید شدن نیز در ساختار شگل استنلس استیل از وجود این دو عنصر فلزی پایه نشات می گیرد. گرید پایین تر شگل استیل یعنی استیل 304 اندکی خاصیت جذب با آهنربا دارد اما دارای مشخصات کششی کاملا برابری با گرید 316 شگل استیل که دارای قیمت بالاتر و اندکی تفاوت در ترکیبات شیمیایی است دارد. تفاوت اصلی گرید 316 شگل استیل با گرید 304 وجود عنصر فلزی گرانبهای مولیبدنیوم در ساختار هر چند به میزان بسیار کم و با درصد حداکثری 2% می باشد که سبب افزایش قیمت شگل استیل 316 نسبت به قیمت شگل استنلس استیل 304 شده است.
